At Caffe Umbria, we strive to ensure every roast meets our high standards of quality; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we can only accept returns on non-food items or provide resolutions for damaged goods within 30 days of purchase.

Ensure your item is a non-perishable good in its original packaging or that your coffee shipment arrived damaged or incorrect.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation (including photos for damaged items) to receive a return authorization.
Package Your Return
Securely pack the authorized items in their original container and include a copy of your receipt or packing slip.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement shipment within 5-7 business days.
